Beautiful Jessica Dublin (Marina Malfatti) has a bunch of problems: father and brother bumped off by unknown rogues, and in addition to it she is annoyed by slimy Louis (Mimmo Palmara), who wanna marry her. But in reality he is only interested in the Dublin ranch, because a rich goldmine is supposed to be on the realty. For that reason it's not really a surprise, that Louis and a mysterious Mexican are the ringleaders of the murders of the Dublins. Besides this Louis' real name is Frank Dawson, who has given away his comrades to the Yankees during Civil War. This calls up Django ("Tony Kendall"), last survivor of the betrayed, who seeks revenge for the betrayal. Together with Jessica's servant Thomas (Ray Saunders) he strikes out to liberate the woman, who is kidnapped by the gangsters in the meantime, and to grip Frankie at his nuts.

The Gunslinger says:

After the well-done "Black Killer", "Gunman of one hundred crosses" was the second and last film he made as director. And whattacrap, folx!! The acting efforts are below the belt, the plot is tenseless and confusing, and the costumes seem to remain from the last carnival party. The only pluses are the camerawork and the passable score. And we learn something about how a man could end, who is henpecked.
